I dropped off a roll of film and a one "use camera" for developing. When I returned to get the prints, they only gave me the prints from the film and not the one "use camera".
They offered no assistance or even an apology, or an offer to replace the one "use camera" that they lost. This is not even to mention the film of my trip that they lost, or that they accused me of not dropping the camera off at all.
Their cavalier fashion of handling this entire problem is a disgrace. They won't return my phone calls or have offered any type of retribution or explanation. An apology would have been nice!
