I placed an order with mags4you on January 24 for 2 magazine subscriptions. They were supposed to arrive within 6-8. I never recieved the subscriptions or a refund for my purchase. I tried contacting the company several times. When I finally talked to someone there, they assured me that my order had been processed and that the publisher was just slow.
As an apology for the delay in delivery, they offered me 2 complimentary magazines in adddition to my purchase which would arrive in the next couple weeks. These magazines were never delivered.
When I contacted the seller again a few weeks later, they now told me that there had been a processing error on their part (they never went to the publisher) and that because I had called to initially complain they had placed my order on the "backburner". Again, I was told that they would like to send me 2 complimentary mags in addition to my purchase for my trouble.
To date, no magazines have arrived. I contacted them again and asked for a full refund for goods never provided and the seller agreed. But again, to date, I have not recieved a refund or the magazines.
