On my monthly phone bill noticed a collect call billed to me by weststar communications and since i know noone in Mexico and i knew i had accepted no collect calls from anyone began to investigate.
Called Verizon (my phone company) who gave me a number to call... A week later and i still have not connected with a person at that number...
I waited on hold for about an hour on one occasion... The offices were not open (at 9am) at another time...
The announcement tells you to leave a message (which i eventually did get to do - twice) and you will be contacted by a representative in 24 hours...
A week later and i still have not spoken with anyone from weststar or OAN...
I called Verizon who say to pay the bill minus the OAN charge... Its still not finished as i have my bill paid by electronic withdrawal so must wait for bank statement to see the outcome
