On April 3 I ordered a piece of jewelry through their television program. I was given the impression that the item was already made up and only needed to be sized. I paid extra to have the ring sized and my Visa card was charged that night. I was told that I should receive the item in 10-14 days.
On April 26 I called the number shown on their television program to ask why I had not received my merchandise. The young man told me that 10-14 days meant "business days." Even if so, it had been more than 14 business days. When I pressed him for a new delivery date he finally said May 3&one full month after my Visa card was charged.
I feel I was mislead and that the merchandise has not been provided as promised. If I do not receive the ring by May 3, I am going to call the company again and demand a refund to my card. I can get a very similar item from another supplier without feeling I have been "taken."
