I have had problems from day one with Worldwide and after paying them almost $2,000 for a shipment which I was originally quoted $1100 which was collected from NM in November and going to the UK my shipment is still sitting in California after being paid in full. Worldwide have not paid Euro American to ship my shipment and I have been contacting them ever since with no results.
I have been through the Better Business Bureau and also Consumer Affairs and the other organizations, so far no luck with getting my shipment sent. My shipment is of a very delicate situation, my best friend died in August and left me in sole charge of shipping her belongings back to her family in the UK. Worldwide have no compassion and I have been trying to get a resolution since November.
I have been advised to go to Florida and file a small claims in court. Let me know your situation. I have found out recently that they have gone bankrupt, now what??? I have been lied and deceived and have to explain that another 850 dollars are due to Euro American who is holding my shipment in LA to get it to the UK
