This company is run by english who, moved to florida and opened a property management company, under the name of florida palms LLC They rely on peoples naivety, to make a living from your hard earned money. How this company is still operating is beyond me! But beware, please do not fall into the hands of this company. I have obtained a report from the better business bureau in cental florida, where previous complaints have been mentioned, regarding this company. Also the president of central florida property managers association, has also heard of people having issues with florida palms and mainly the owners of the company, Marion Grffin and Patrick Griffin.
We are now sueing for serious case of fraud, criminal use of taking money from our credit cards without authorisation and embezzlement. Because of the serious nature of these con artists, all information that we have has now been forwarded to the District attorneys office, where we hope to get a fair and satisfactory outcome and obviously our money back! But in the mean time florida Palms LLC, continues to operate and i believe is even trying to obtain a contract with a travel group Expedia! Please warn others against this company.
