In 2004 a Salesman was told that this machine would not be of any use due to the fact all my jobs are out of office service calls. He told me I could use the knuckle busters and then punch the number in at the office.
Well after 2 1/2 monthes of phone calls asking where my equipment was I finally recieved the knuckle busters but no slips or name plate. After waiting 2 more weeks iI called and told them if I can not get all that i need I do not want this service.
I was told by the owner of Merchant Services Inc. That I signed a contract and there was nothing I could do. He then also told me due to the Patriot Act that the knuckle busters would not be allowed to be used in the up comming year. Something the salesman did not inform me of. The knucle busters were the only reason I did sign the contract.
The owner was very rude and was only concerned with the fact I signed a contract. He did not want to help me at all. He seem to act as though he got his money and thats all that mattered.
