On 11/13/04 I purchased, and paid in full for, 1 case each of frozen Steak, Chicken, Seafood, and Pork totalling 4 cases from Eric Fisher out of the Lacey, Washington office.
There is a guarantee on the products stating, "Frozen food products cannot be returned and resold, therefore our warranty is limited to replacement if unsatisfactory. No refunds." I am not satisfied with the seafood product.
I was told by Eric (when he sold the product to me) and Josh, an employee in Oregon (in a telephone conversation) that they would replace the seafood and would bring the product to my home to replace it with a case of frozen hamburgers.
During the time from November to April the office in Lacey, WA has closed and I have been telephoning the office in Wood Village, OR. I finally spoke with Josh in mid-March, who said everything would be taken care of and I would get my hamburgers within a week delivered to my home.
I did not hear back from or see him, so I called the Oregon office again and spoke with Bruce, who was extremely rude. He told me that I would have to drive to Lacey, WA to pick up my hamburgers. Lacey is a two hour drive from my home. I told him that I was told the hamburgers would be delivered to my home. He was adamant that I had to pick them up myself.
I was unsatisfied with that rude conversation and I left a message for the owner, Jerry, to call me regarding this situation. I have yet to get that phone call or the hamburgers. This is a shoddy business run by shoddy individuals.
My restitution would be receiving the frozen hamburgers in good condition delivered to my home or a full refund for the case of seafood. I have as of yet received neither.
