Ripoff credit card charge Nationwide

I tried the supposedly free service of consumerinfo.com refered by yahoo. I never received the free credit report as they promised, so I emailed them to cancel it after 10 days of my registration. However, they still charged me $9.95 as the monthly fee!!! Looks like this company is a complete ripoff!
