I have a 16.00 charge on my sprint bill for a 4 minute call made from my phone # when nobody was home! I was told when I called to have it removed by employee named Christina that it would not be removed I HAD to pay for it or my service would be disconnected.
The Sprint bill clearly states you can dispute incorrect calls and your service CANNOT be shut off, so which is it? This is the first stop for my question next will be my states attorney general and any fraud departments I can find to report this to.
