Our company joined t-mobil 11-25and had the nw business 1500 unl weekend plan. The agreement was for 3000 anytime minutes. The billing statement shows 3000 free anytime minutes. However, after the first 1500 minutes, we are charged at $. 35 per minute. I have called them on many occasions and asked for an adjustment to make it right, but they refused. As of this date, we were overcharged over $1000. I will soon be taking them to court to get them to refund the overages.
I would suggest that if you must have a cell phone, go to another carrier but check out all the fine print.
