This company is the worst in handling complaints and technical support! I purchased a brand new 36" television on march 1. It worked fine up until I hooked the a new hdtv converter box. After 3 min. My tv turned off and never came back on. The t.V. Is powered thru the converter. The t.V. Worked fine with the other previous converter.
So I called "customer service and after telling my story to seven different people (louis, juanita, veronica, stacy, more but unable to get names) especially last names. Erica lujan was the only person I could get their last name. She was quite frankly a bit* saying even though the power came from the converter she was 101% sure that the converter was not at fault. Mind you all this was over the phone no one has even inspected the converter for being faulty.
Bottom line they were right and I was wrong it was never their fault. After I hung up, within 10 minutes my cable, phone and internet were turned off with no notice!
Stay away from grande communications will damage brand new tv's and erica lujan is a jezebel and technical support is a joke
