I ordered business cards from Vista Print and they offered a $10 off, so I clicked. The next day I checked my email for confirmation and had 2 different companies saying in capital letters that I had to cancel or my credit card would be charged. BusinessMax.com and Galleria, which is also DealPass.
You had to get on the website and login to get the phone number and had 30 days. There was NO phone number on the Galleria or DealPass website and in all their disclosures, they never said how much would be charged or the annual fee. I did not "accept" the terms. The only way I got the phone numbers was by going to Rip-Off. I found 3 different phone numbers. I actually had a woman refuse to give me her name, and hang up on me at 1-800-234-1336, DO NOT use this number. She claimed I was not in the system yet because it takes 3-5 days. She said it was "my fault" because I accepted the offer. She said "I'm not going to give you anything!" when I asked for her name. Then she said "have a nice day" and hung up. I then called the Galleria number at 1-800-411-8104 and successfully cancelled using the automated system. BusinessMax was also cancelled in an automated fashion. I will see if it worked when I get my credit card statement. I tried to login to the system to get the address for this report and it said my account was no longer valid, so I am parying that it worked.
