BEWARE When you call to discontinue service. First they said stay with us we well give you 50.00 off a new phone. I said no I have a 2year contract with a new carrier. But you are such a good customer let us give you a free phone to stay. I said no I have a new carrier. Well lets just suspend your service for 30 days so you can think about it. I said I have a 2year contract with new company. Cricket rep says come back to us within 30days you get a free phone. SO they turn phone off (no calls in or out) but still charge you while you think about it. I have a new 2year contract what was there to think about??? Paid my bill on time for close to 3years this is what you get. I will never forget this, and will tell everyone who askes if The are a good company NO THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!
