I called belisi to confirm my cancellation because the e-mail i was sent needed to be explained to me. I did't understand why i had to pay $30 to cancel when i tried to cancel the next day, over a week before i actually received the order.
The lady on the phone started out talking loud and fast, therefore i had difficulty trying to get my point across. She talked over me as i was talking. It was if she was already mad. Then she said have a nice day and hung up! Wow! I was dumbfounded. NOT GOOD BUSINESS! Everybody beware!!! Belisi clothiers is not customer friendly. They obviously are not interested in satisfying their customers, especially when it comes to cancelling accounts.
