Ripoff - stolen money from order that was never shipped

Purchase books and sent check ($32) in to the POB # on 12/27/04

Check was cashed January 5th

Never received the books.

Wrote couple of e-mails and never received responses

I don't know if I am the only one but it is not fair at all.

It might not be too much money, but if they are receiving this amount from different people, it will represent a lot.

I would like to get these people and need to be penalized for stealing and ripping people off.

I will appreciate any help that you can give me.
