I ordered flowere for my wife for Valentine's Day and by 5:30 when they had not been delivered I tried to contact Customer Service. After about ten to fifteen minutes my call was disconected due to "unexpectedly heavy call volume" I called back and this time I waited about one hour and never was able to contact anyone. The automated message suggested I could contact them on "live chat" not so! I have called Mastercharge and put a stop on the bill but I suspect that this is not over yet
