Since August of '04, each month, verizon has tried to get money for services not rendered. Eash month I retrieve $40-180 on my phone bill. Their errors have involved my MSN e-mail and cut off my e-mail. They lie and cheat and tell me what to do. They don't listen and enter changes not agreed on. My phone bill has escalated until I am discontinuing my service to the least amount of service available. I hope I can control my billing in this manner. On Feb, 11,05, I sent a 41 page list of complaints and bill to the PUC-Texas office.
I have been charged $4.47 per min to Pa. On top of same page. 37cents per min to Pa. Same day same hrs. They are crooked and crazy bastards if they think I will pay such charges. You can talk to Mars for $4.?? Per min. I want the gov. To sue the bastards and check 'em out. If they pay the gov. The fees and taxes they charge us and use the same crooked methods, the gov. Is not getting their money. Another thing, "this will show up on your next billing date" Ever hear that crap when they owe you. To hell with 'em. Someone help get a class action suit for these bums.
I pulled my longdistance from verizon to WorldCom. They sent worldcom packing. I got $111.?? Credit for double charging me back in Nov. On page 3, same month billing, they carge me $54.95 for freedom pack. On page 10, charge me $4??? For long distance. Crooks. I welcome any lawyer or group to start correcting these crooked practices.
I can back up everything I say with bill and notes I have take during conversations with the verizon people. Thanks for reading this and doing something.
