Ripoff double billed me and quit sending confirmations, no response to inquiries

I have been a subscriber to freelotto for some time and received daily confirmations of my auto pick numbers. Sometime in November I changed servers and sent them a notice. At that time I quit receiving my daily notices. I sent notes to their website several times and to the e-mail address listed for problems. I received no replies to why I hadn't received any daily listings. All my e-mails to this e-mail address have been returned as un-deliverable.

I thought there was a mixup so I resubmitted a new account with a different credit card. I noticed on my credit card statements that BOTH credit cards have been charged in January. My question is why I haven't received any responses to my e-mails and why don't they have a customer service phone number. Is this a scam artist outfit or are they legit? I cancelled one account but don't know how to cancel the other as it may still be under my old e-mail address. I feel like they are operating in a vacuum.
