I had the same experience that is detailed by other consumers on this site. Don't be fooled by the professional looking website or the products displayed at JUST-LEATHER.com!
I placed an order on Dec 9th and was given the run-around and told repeated lies, "It shipped", "It will ship", "My processing/shipping department messed up", "UPS doesn't update their website", "UPS lost it", yadda, yadda, yadda.
I discovered this website on Jan 2nd. And was OUTRAGED!
I immediately sent an email to every address I could find for them; [email protected] (you know they check that account!), [email protected] and [email protected] (the address attached to the PayPal acct.) indicating that I was prepared to file a complaint with the following:
PayPal
Attorney General of NJ (http://nj. Gov/lps/)
Office of Consumer Protection (state. Nj.Us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm)
and, the FBI (ifccfbi. Gov/index.Asp)
if I did not have a refund, or product in-hand, within 2 business days.
I was literally typing the complaint to PayPay when I got a call RESULTING IN A REFUND, confirmed via PayPal, while I was on the phone.
This seems to be the only action that generates a sincere reaction from Just-Leather.com or Matthew Sherman!
The main concern expressed by Matthew Sherman was that I NOT follow through with any of the complaints.
... Oops, my Complaint Department messed up!
