Sent me letter saying I was a $535,469.00 winner and I had to send money for them to proceed my winnings! Now I am out of money and no money came to me through them

This rip-off took all the money I had saved. I am very depressed and i hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. I have had to go to doctors which have cost me alot of money. They said i had won money and i needed to send them money to process the paperwork and issue a check to me. This ruinned my life.
