This letter said I am a guaranteed cash prize winner. BUT it wants money to process. This is the 8th letter (in three weeks) and with certificates, showing I am the winner or all, starting in the 2 million plus area to 3 million plus area and now to the 4 million plus area. Where do they get so much money to say you are a winner or even apply you could be the winner and so many others are sent the same letters? Why don't the government shut them down??? Even the start with PCH starting this with their same scam, tactics, these people have same (closely) addresses.
Why are they not stopped? If these people are holding the money they say I am a winner of, why are they keeping it, until I send them money? Makes no sense and is a color picture of SCAMS. I am holding a pile of these to send to the right people to be able to do something about all this.
