I just filled out the basic information on your website.instead of an email response for a consultation and quote, I received and aggressive, rude and downright nasty voicemail.in it, I was accused of cut and pasting an "incredible amount of content from Tipper." The only possibility I can think of, is when I was pasting the search words I used from Google to find your page, I mistakenly pasted something else. To his other point, I did add his email address to my contact list, yet I received no emails in response. And yes I checked my junk mail, and promotions folder in Gmail, I work with computers for a living, so I'm familiar with those kind of basics. I made a few attempts, hoping there was a glitch that would work itself out, to no avail.in my final attempt, I added a Hotmail address as a secondary email, but still received no emails in response from you, other than an extremely hostile, impolite voicemail. I was looking forward to working with them, but prefer to work with people who maintain a level of respect, professionalism and courtesy. I returned the hostile voicemail, hoping to clear up and misconceptions with a basic level of decency absent in the voicemail left by the company.instead, the individual decided to hang up in the middle of a phone call while I was simply trying to do business. His treatment to decent customers is appalling. Personally, I feel an apology is owed immediately, but I don't expect someone like the person I spoke with to ever consider that. Hands down the rudest individual I've encountered in quite a while. I love to share positive reviews of good businesses on sites like Google + and Yelp, but unfortunately, I can't find anything positive to report from my brief interaction with you. I thank you for at least confirming their hostile personality before I choose to give them my money.
