Reese Weiland ask money, give delivery date and never send the goods dont answer to emails

This man ask account for a job, give a delivery date, never does the custom knife I paid for, ask for more time after the date and after many excuses finally stop to answer to emails after months a delay.

After this, he refuse all communication, and dont wan't to refund the money.
