I purchased a 5-pack of shirts online and I am pleading for my refund under the 30-day return policy. It has been almost one month now. I lodged my complaint on the day I received the shirt packet. In spite of numerous calls and emails, customer care has turned a deaf ear.
They are cheating people. Please do not buy anything from 100 Best Buy, or should we say 100 Worst Buy cheats.
