My husband has bought me a lot of jewelry from this company and I have had to send back quite a few pieces due to stones falling out or it breaking. He bought me a bracelet and it broke a couple days ago due to a bad link. So I email them and it's out of the 6 month warranty and they refuse to replace it or to fix it. I can understand not giving me a full refund but to not issue a credit to my account or to fix it is unprofessional and just bad business. They offer no customer service and could care less if they loose your business! I wonder if Steve Bennett knows what's going on with his company? Do not buy from here and if you do hope your item breaks before the warranty goes.
