As a consumer I thought I was paying for a cleaning of my 9X12 area rug with the dual process added (a better method of cleaning). I paid for this and expected the rug to be cleaned. I even asked the technician if I could pay for the process later and he insisted I pay before they removed the rug. I never heard of such tactics, but I wanted my area rug cleaned.
When the rug returned about two weeks later, it was just as dirty as it left the house. It still had dog hairs and I even had to vacuum the rug before setting my furniture on top of it. I placed many of calls to Jon from Kiwi Services, wrote email, and phone their 800 customer service line.
I received no replies back. I disputed the charge and thought this issue was closed. Quality of service was not SATISFACTORY.
They said I signed and acknowledged satisfaction in services. I ask the question how can a person acknowledge on 6/29/04, when it was taken out of my home and not returned to two weeks later. The signature line as you can see is right by the credit card signature.
I also had to pay another company (COIT Services), who did the cleaning properly. Why would I say something was satisfactory and have the need to call another company out to clean the carpet?
I believe this is a deceptive way of doing business.
I called. Called. Called. Called. They said they send me a check but never received. I then wrote email and now disk quota is filled.
Do NOT use!
Businesses which choose not return a phone call, email, or give help on the phone, is deceptive in my book and should learn from its dirty business.
