For 2 months we have been billed $17.44 ea. We have not authorized or requested this service their phone is either busy or they refuse to return calls, phone company took the charges off & we added bill block We were told by phone company that there is nothing that they could do to prevent this other than bill block They suggested that we report this to the F.C.C.
We reported this matter to the Wa. St. Atty Generals office of consumers complaints. They identified the co. As opticom. They stated that they are still looking into the matter. Any additional information we could provide would be helpful.
