I ordered a purse ("NY is my boyfriend") from Pamela Barksy. I received an email that the item shipped on 6/11. It is now 7/5 and I still have not received the item. I have been charged twice for it and when I emailed Pamela, she either ignores my emails or has responded that she doesn't know which of my orders I am referring to (I only have one order!) She has basically blown me off. I purchased this item in the beginning of June to give as a gift on 7/6. I want my money (times two) back.
