Do not buy forex cards, networked by total call, inc ripoff

I spent $ 20.00 two weeks ago, to purchase pre-paid calling cards, from forex.

After about a week, i wanted to call the phillipines... Noticing the original amout of time, which was 16 minutes for a $ 5.00 card... Had been reduced to 15 minutes (approx $. 50) lost... I contacted the company. The company basically said 'screw you'!!

Forex advertises in their offices, that these pre=paid cards have no hidden charges... Guess what? They do...

Do not purchase any pre-paid telephone card, being sold by forex, that is networked by total call, inc. The name of the company is on the back of the card.

I have contacted the federal communications commission and forex, lodging a complaint with forex, for their participation in the 'false advertising', saying 'no hidden charges', when in fact there actually is...
