I will never shop at a Burkes Outlet again. The experience was so bad I can't find words to explain it. The staff was unprofessional, ignorant and common. The store's location is Mobile Alabama at the corner of Cottage Hill and University Blvd. How do you put ignorance at the front door? The owner needs to visit his store's to see what really going on before his business is destroyed more than it is now. I will never go back, my family will never shop there again, my friend's will never shop their again. Tried to contact corp., that was a joke. A hole should open in the ground and suck this place in it!!!
