Ripoff I send them a letter not to send check back to bank because my order was late

FSDM #133
I send a letter saying that I was return package back.
I inform there office not send back check to bank and they did send again. I have 30 day to read this business manual package and came late to reading. Ask them to refund my $59.95 back to me. No contact from them about this package so I can return back. Check was postdate for November 10 postage stamp on package date November 01 and received November 10 application was send on Octomber 10 with postdate check #103 for November 10.
