Rip-off! They were to payoff loan and send balance to me - they didn't

I suffered a fire loss.insurance company totaled house. Sent the insurance check to select portfolio on Oct. 5. They were to payoff loan and send balance to me. Have heard nothing from them.

Spent 1 hour on telephone... Could not get phone number to department that handles "escrow refunds... Creed Smith". Says they will have him contact me.insurance check was cashed on oct 9. It is now November 10.
