I opened up my phone bill today and to my surprise I had a voice mail activation fee for $12.95 through Orbit Telecom, something I had never heard of! I called the customer service and demanded it be removed and the girl just kept telling me it will be removed by my next billing cycle and I am lucky that I am going to be credited for it!!! I am reporting this to the FCC and I encourage anyone else getting ripped off by this company to do the same!
