Stay away! Fraudulent, dishonest, followed by customer service that makes a joke of you. Creating distrust for other online sites

I purchase 4 books from this site for almost 300.00. After a long wait for the books 2 of them were the wrong books.
I followed all their return policies and even got a tracking number for the return. I have the signature of the person who received my returned package.
This was back in August... Here is December and I still haven't been able to talk to anyone or even get them to respond my e-mails requesting my $127.00 back.
My parents and I are now very distrustful of online books sites. It seems as if no one can do anything about this fraudulent sites.
