Since the Target store in Big Flats, NY was redesigned, the electric carts for the handicapped are not at all convenient. It is extremely painful for my brother to walk the distance to the carts. Please, someone - look at the store videos of people trying to reach the carts. Who's brillent idea was it to move them away from the front entrance and put them at the exit? I take my brother shopping every weekend and Target has been one of our regular stops - but he can no longer take the pain of reaching the electric carts.By the way, many times they are not charged.
