They added this service to our phone and we dont even have voicemail. We called and they said it was done over the internet by our daughter who filled the whole survey out for a PRIZE.
I asked why they allowed someone who is not AUTHORIZED to add anything to OUR phone bill and the reply I got was she stated on the survey she was over 18. Now how do they know that she is over 18. If thats the case someone could get online and use alot of peoples names and phone numbers and sign them up.
I stated to them to NEVER allow this to happen ever again on that number. I also asked where the PRIZE was hehe and they said I cannot confirm that.
Now we have to fight our phone company to get this taken off of our bill, which was suppose to of had a block on the service and not let anyone but my husband add or take anything off on the phone service.
We are NOT going to pay the bill. They OAN Services need to be SUED!!!
