First week in nov I stopped by to get a price on a curly perm, they said the perm cost $57, I made appointment on Nov 8th and also made a appointment for a color on my hair, I told Tonya I wanted a curly perm something I didnt have to style, I just wanted to add a product and let it dry and use a pick to fluff my hair, if needed.

Tonya stated she will perm my hair and that I will like it, after the perm was out Tonya trimmed my hair, I thought it was to shape the perm but she styled my hair and I noticed it was straight when I looked at it in the mirror, Tonya said no it is curly, it looks fine. I went to pay for my perm, they said $71, I am permently disabled and I have a memory problem, so I paid them the $71 when I got home I looked at the paper where I had the price written down, they charged me $14 to trim the bad perm they put in my hair. I was so upset about the money I wasted.

Before I left the salon and said my hair feel straight, Tonya said wait 2 days before washing your hair but I waited 3 days, I went back to the salon on the 12th of nov. Showed them my hair, I made appointment to see if they could fix my hair the next week. I went in for the appointment I was late due to the bad traffic on western ave, Tonya took me back anyway and said instead of perming your hair again let me cut it and see if you like it better, so she cut my hair and the perm still looked very bad, my part it is straight for 3 inches in the front, I style it in the front but the back is straight except you can see where the perming rods were in my hair,

Tonya asked me to call back next week, it was thanksgiving and I was out of town, I called on Dec1 and was told I can not get my hair redone, Talked to the manager Windy on Dec2nd and she said they lost money because I missed my color appt. And that I got a free hair cut. I am so upset that I spent $71 for a bad hair do. This is a Bad Company

Settlement Explanation: I want a full refund, this is a bad company and I received a poor quaily of service, I was cheated, lied to about my hair being perm and looking good

I want this refund, I would like to seek a Quailty Salon to get my hair styled in the furture.
