I just got back from the Kohls store in Stockton CA where I was shopping the make-up counter. Not only was it ill stocked and messy, it was literally dirty. I had to blow dust off of every box I picked up in order to be able to read the label. It was ridiculous!!! On top of that, there was no kind of make-up remover on hand despite the fact that in-store testers available for sampling. Later, as I looked around the store, I noticed that it was in general disarray, with items strewn over the floors. It's definitely time to do some housekeeping!!!
