Today i purchased a "co1 studio condenser microphone" at the company Sam ash on 139 East Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia PA 19406. I came home that same day excited to hook up my new microphone and begin working on my graduation project due next week. To my surprise the microphone was unresponsive! I am 100% positive that this inconvenience is not because of my interface and (NOT) because i forgot to turn on my phantom power switch. Returning the product would be no issue if i lived close to the company "Sam ash" but unfortunately i don't! I live a hour away in Reading and i don't have the gas or time to drive back and forth on my busy scheduled. Thanks a lot for the broken microphone that i paid for, the wasted gas i lost, and the possibly not being able to graduate with my senior high school class! This is all cause your company is only good for making dysfunctional products! I will be sure to spread the word!
