I had purchased the 24 month warranty on my Blue Spark microphone and One recording session It just failed to work so I sent the microphone back for my refund was given confirmation threw ups tracking the microphone had been delivered also was told I would receive a full refund on a guitar center card for the exact price and taxes of what I spent and have yet to receive the card in the mail. I called and went up to the store only to get the run around that the card had been sent. Have yet to receive It and at this point am very disappointed. I paid for the item in store and cash money. I have sent an email to the store manager but will take up to 24 hours for him to respond. At this point I just want my money back not a debit card to spend with them. I want My cash money I spent In the Store.
