Ripoff pay for picture for my daughter for modeling, promised she'd be on a cover sheet for their company philadelphia pennsylvania

They held an audition at the Holiday INN and said my daughter is good, come back saturday with $300 dollars. We will take her pictures for the $300 dollars, put on the cover sheet and on the web site for job modeling or acting. They send me eleven little wallet size picture and have not heard from since
