Rebate ripoff

I purchased a Tabletops Unlimited roasting pan from Bed Bath & Beyond in November. One year later, the rebate that was supposed to be provided never came after several submittals. First rebate I've ever submitted without any response or any way to check on it's status as there's no phone# or web site on the rebate form to check. After visiting this site I found that the company Tabletops Unlimited is really Bed Bath & Beyond's house brand. I see BB&B is advertising the same rebate offers this year. All beware.
