I ordered a set of ear plugs that my grandson requested for a Christmas present on 12/12. On 12/20, I received an e-mail stating that I had not properly filled in the size. I exchanged 3 emails with the company on the 20th and I have never heard from them again.
I have since written 2 email's but have heard nothing back.
