Order a 99.99 wireless pc for grandson for Christmas, never could get to work. Tried a number of time to contact the company but to no luck dearborn

I brought one of the 99.99 netbooks green. For my grandson for Christmas. Could never get it to connect to internet or do much of anything. Tried a number oftimes to get touch with eglobel but got no response from them
