I have happily purchased from amazon.com for many years. Being elderly and ill (no longer ill but still elderly!), on Dec. 16 I ordered 10 Christmas presents for my grandchildren. Concerned about my late ordering date, I checked amazon.com for anticipated ship and arrival dates and they all looked great. Nine of the gifts arrived in plenty of time for me to wrap and deliver them before Christmas. They all looked professional, new boxes, printed labels, return information.
The one that did not arrive, The Electronic Brain Box, was not even shipped until Dec. 26. It arrived in a used Avon box, hand-scribbled label and no return information. The first time my grandson and I used it, one of the major features quit working.
Not long after Christmas, amazon.com sent an email asking for feedback on my recent purchases. I immediately gave great responses for nine of the purchases and sent an email feedback to the supplier of the broken Brain Box.
It is now March 30 and I have not received a response from DWatkins of Marietta, GA. I hope amazon.com is no longer utilizing this person as a supplier, dkwat0429.
