Robert Tarquin owner of County Roofing/Knox County Roofing does not honor his warranties. He also advertises he is insured and licensed which he is not.
I called him several times and he denies that I do not have the right number both numbers are listed on his business cards he has given me 1 865 236 - 2698 and 1 931 338-0317.
I was going to legally pursue this legally but I am sure I will get no money out of him because he has scammed more than just me. He has several reports on BBB on all of his different company names. He is still not insured. He also has several liens against him personally.
