Never shipped product when they said they did. They are fake Ugg boots. They lied and said they were real!

I did not recieve order on time. I had to keep bugging this company. They are fake Ugg boots! They lied! They should have to pay for that. If you called the number given it is not a working number! Rude and a very big disappointment. Now I am afraidto trust on line shopping because of this very bad experience!
