Found a shoe I liked but the only pair in the store were scuffed up and stretched out due to demo. So I ordered a pair. When I was notified the order was in I went to the store to find the same scuffed, stretched out pair. I told the salesperson I already rejected this pair a week earlier. She said she could order one in. Although I had my doubts, I followed through with ordering yet again. Got notice the order was in. Guess what? Went back to the store to find the SAME SCUFFED STRETCHED OUT pair!!! At that point I asked for my money back. Hm... I wonder how many times they would have tried to sell me their junk by "ordering it in"? Clearly disappointing and frustrating customer service.
