About October JT Card Services got an automated payment out my checking account, stating I was approved for a credit card and would receive it within 4 to 6 weeks.
Around November 7th I received a letter informing me the card was on its way with a $100 certificate of free gas. I made several calls after I realized it was the New Year and my card hadn't arrived.
However, all I get is no answer, voicemail full or transferred and put on hold for long periods. If anyone has any information about how I can retrieve my money or turn this company please post a Consumer Comment to this consumer complaints.
